A: Click on the “Sign In” button at the top right of the homepage. Enter your name, email address and other information, and set a password, then hit “Create Account”. Confirm your email through the link we send you, and voila, you’re in!
A: Click on the “Log In” button at the top right of the homepage. Enter your email address and password, then hit “Sign In”. If you’ve forgotten your password, no worries, just click on “Forgot Password” to reset it.
A: On the login page, click on “Forgot Password”. Enter the email associated with your account, and we’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it right away.
Technical
A: You need a device with internet access, a modern web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge), and an updated version of Flash might be needed for older content, though we aim for HTML5 compatibility.
A: After logging in, go to “My Account” or “Profile” from your dashboard. Here, you can update your email, password, or other personal information. Changes are saved automatically or after you click “Update”.
A: First, check your caps lock for password entry. If that’s not the issue, try resetting your password. If problems persist, our support team can help. Contact us through the “Help” or “Support” section of the site.
A: Currently, we offer a mobile-optimized website, but keep an eye out for future app announcements.
Donating/Purchasing

A: Thanks for creating an account with us! Navigate to the marketplace, tab to find a list of all our partner organizations. You can click on each individual one to learn more about them.
If you’re selecting a charity, choose your donation amount and add to your cart. You can add as many charities to your cart as you’d like before checking out.
If you’re purchasing from one of our for-good businesses, on their page to purchase directly from their website. You must purchase through the link on our site to receive ImPowerd-only discounts and special bundles or products.

A: You can select as many charities as you’d like to donate to and add them to your shopping cart. When you click on an organization, you’ll see the option to Add to Cart. Click this button, choose your desired donation amount, and add it to your basket. You can repeat this process for as many organizations as you’d like within the same session.
You’ll also have the option to set up recurring donations if you’d like to give regularly to a particular organization.
A: You can follow your impact journey from your Member Portal! Log into your account and click on My Journey to view who you have helped and how your contribution has been used. You can also stay in touch with the organization/people you have helped by [contacting them directly via your Member Portal].

A: You can make a general contribution, which we will allocate to the organization(s) of our choice or the ones featured that month.

A: Transparency is one of the key foundations of ImPowerd. You can track your contribution’s journey and see its impact via your member portal. We also encourage you to maintain a relationship with our partner organisations and to follow up with them and their beneficiaries. If you have any concerns regarding transparency please use the Contact Us form and select Transparency from the drop down menu.
